On Sunday 26 February 2017 a Trust gang replaced the covers on CK 7740 at Dunster West.
The picture shows the new cover in position, protecting the coach pending its restoration. The gusting wind is flattening the cover against the bodyside, so that every detail of doors and windows can be seen.
The work was done under the protection of the possession for the Minehead relay.
7740 is 106 years old, and many volunteers remember it as the staff training coach at Minehead.
